About

You are, without doubt,
one of the most amazing features of our Universe.
Why? Because, throughout the whole known Universe, you are unique.
There is – and always will be – only one ‘you‘.

You exist in an unimaginably infinite Universe, where billions and billions and billions of random, unfathomable, stunning, fabulous, and awe inspiring events happen every single moment of every single day.

And one such incredibly spectacular event happened at the very moment of your birth!

The chance that you were born at all is both fantastic and astounding!
And the immense Universe where you now live belongs as much to you as to anybody else!
It is bursting with incredible opportunities just awaiting your discovery

Should you live to be 90 (who’s to say you won’t?), during your lifetime, this Earth on which you were born will rotate nearly thirty-three thousand times. That’s around thirty-three thousand days. And every single one of those days belongs to you. You have 33 thousand days to discover everything that your Universe has to offer you.

33 thousand days – that’s your Universal tariff:- “33thou.”

And from that incredible moment of your birth, the natural clock which governs
your time in the Universe began to tick.

Like it or not, your life – just like all life on earth – is finite.
Nobody lives forever.

You get just one run down the ‘helter-skelter’ of Life…
There are no practice runs. There are no re-runs.
There are no refunds.
…And you are travelling a lot faster than you may realise.

For each complete spin of the earth on its axis, your time available to explore your giant Cosmos is one day less. 33thou quite deliberately highlights and stresses how fundamentally critical this finite boundary is for you, as a ‘wake-up’ call.

The purpose of 33thou is to focus your attention on the time you have ahead of you – to help you to appreciate the size of the opportunity that you have to enjoy your life to the fullest, and to help you get the most out of it – before your 33thou days pass you by.

You might be fortunate and live for longer, or you might not even make it to 90. You just cannot be sure.
But it doesn’t really matter.
What truly matters is that, irrespective of the number of days you might live, you realise and appreciate that you must respect every single one of them, and treat each of them as the most precious thing that you will ever have. For without them, you simply cannot exist.

You cannot afford to let any one of them drift past you barely touched, to vanish forever.

Your 33thou days make up all the time you will ever have to do whatever you want to do in your lifetime – to establish and achieve your goals; to fulfil your dreams; to reach your destiny.

And so you need to be ready. You must constantly be alert, prepared to ambush each and every day as it arrives and wring the best possible experience you can out of every opportunity it offers you – before it leaves you forever.

Why should you bother? Its the same for everybody. So why should you care? Well, if you haven’t noticed, other people are stealing your precious days from right from under your nose – and this is happening at this very minute!
Moreover, they have been doing this since almost your very first breath. Other people are quite happily using your time for their benefit. Just how and why are you letting this happen?

You may be surprised when you realise just exactly how your days get taken.
Your 33thou tally represents the number of times the earth will spin on its axis during your lifetime – nothing more and nothing less.

Yet, for some reason, days – your days – have already been organised into seconds, minutes, hours, weekdays, weekends, months, years, decades, centuries, millennia, etc.
By whom?

You certainly didn’t ask for any of this.
You definitely didn’t ask for each cluster of seven days to be labelled a ‘week’ – or for some months to have thirty-one days whilst others have less.
And just who decided that your personal allocation of days should be split into blocks of 365 days – with the odd extra day thrown in every few years for good measure?

This apparently arbitrary, yet powerful structure governs and sometimes overwhelms most aspects of your life. Sure, there may seasonal factors behind some of this – determined by the amount of available daylight, the temperature, the moon, rituals, and so on. But these features only reinforce the fact that each day – your day – is a natural event based upon how long the earth takes to spin on its axis. Full stop – period.

So why have all your days already been labelled, classified, and pigeon-holed? Furthermore, why is it that your age and not your ability is often used to regulate what you can or cannot do? The answer is that this has all been done to bring some control and order into an otherwise crazy world. Such measures provide a consistent framework within which governments, schools, employers, industry, and other organisations can set laws, rules, and other criteria to control and monitor your behaviour.

It allows others to determine just how your time will be spent – usually, to suit their purposes. And without any intervention by you, they can – and will continue to do this as they please.

It is perfectly reasonable for Society in general to try and establish common measures and standards. Without any overriding structure and uniformity, your life would probably be unbearably chaotic. Such regulation, broadly speaking, enables everybody – including you – to be measured against common standards, e.g. – for tax assessments, laws, academic exams, performance assessments at work, etc.

But many of the standards against which you are measured are not ‘standard’. They vary from place to place, country to country, school to school, workplace to workplace. And, let’s face it, none of us are ‘standard’. More importantly, you are not ‘standard’!

This is where 33thou leaps in to help you to take up the challenge!

When you are born, you arrive completely helpless, with absolutely no idea of what life is all about. As with your pc or laptop, your ‘boot drive’ gets prepared. You are nurtured to appreciate the basics of existence and survival. You are taught how to eat, drink, walk, talk, play, socialise, and a whole host of other things to get you started. Then experts step in to provide you with more specialised learning – schooling and education. This helps you to both learn and appreciate how much humanity knows and understands about itself. How much you learn depends on both the ability and capacity of the teachers who teach you, and your willingness and capacity to listen, to learn, and to understand.

The purpose of all this is to bring you to a level of understanding such that, as both your brain and body mature, you become able to take your place in the world as an informed adult. You ‘come of age’. And, like a butterfly leaving the protection of its chrysalis, you are then free to fly off and lead your own life – primed to take on every challenge and ready to exploit every opportunity that life presents to you.

And there you are – the latest model! You’ve been switched on, booted up, fully loaded, and you’re ready to go. You have been programmed to understand the what, where, why, and how things are done in the modern world. You have a massive capacity to learn, understand, store, and process information in your brain. You are young and, hopefully, in good health, making you one of the nimblest units of the species. And, so you don’t need to repeat any of the mistakes of those who have gone before you, you are networked, online, and have a worldwide store of information instantly at your fingertips.

You just have to hit your ‘enter’ key and the Universe with all it has to offer is at your mercy! You can reach out and try and touch the stars – or you can skulk off to hide away until your final sunset.

As with all the ‘latest spec’ models, getting you set up and ready for life in the modern world comes at high cost. By the time you reach this stage in your late teens or early twenties, you have already used up over twenty per cent of your 33thou days.
And although all your training and education might have paid off handsomely, in the form of good grades accolades, awards, certificates, degrees etc, in reality, none of this has been under your control!

Most of what has gone on so far has been managed by parents, teachers, guardians and others who have had control of your time, and have both directed and somehow guided you along your way. And, being frank, there are many others with certificates to prove that they too have already been through exactly the same process as you – and have achieved the same things as you. They are now out in the world facing their own dwindling stockpile of 33thou days.

And you can be sure, many of them have very little, or no idea what to do with them.

The reality of life is that, after your formal schooling and education finishes, what happens next is far less certain. It can be a tough, and sometimes cruel world. Nobody owes you a living. Your future rests much more firmly in your own hands. From this point on, you’re in charge.

You become the ‘responsible adult‘ in your life.
To get the best out of your life, its now you who must
make the good things happen and get the great things done.

So what if, somewhere during the early stages of your 33thou days, you got introduced to an approach that put you ‘ahead of the game’, so to speak?

What if, when they booted you up as the latest, most up-to-date specimen of the species, you already had plans for putting all your learning to immediate use – to reach for the stars and beyond?

What if, by the time you were released into the world as an adult, not only did you know what you wanted to do with your time, you also knew how to go about it – or maybe had even begun to do it?

And, as the Universe into which you were born awaits your contribution, in the hope that you might just be the person to make a difference, wouldn’t it be great to deliver with confidence, something truly remarkable?

Surprisingly, provided you are truly committed to making this happen, you need a fairly simple strategy to succeed – very bluntly, just like tying a shoe-lace, you need to have a clear idea of what you want to do, backed up by a realistic and practical way to make it happen.

33thou helps you provide both these things. It drives you to compose an engaging vision of your future – your goals, desires, dreams, etc. and, in order to keep you focused and on track, develop a robust game plan to make it happen.

More importantly, 33thou helps you to focus your 33thou days on making every step you take count. With every success you build up a confidence which, powered by your enthusiasm, will help to drive your transition from being just a bystander in your world to you becoming its star player!

The sooner you put 33thou into practice, the sooner your dreams can start to become your reality! 33thou can make your journey both rewarding and fun – and it is never too late to start!

To be able to begin to direct your future, you must first grasp and take firm control of your stockpile of days. Only from that moment on do the days become your days, owned by you and controlled by you. 33thou sets aside labels such as ‘months’, ‘ semesters’, ‘weekends’, accounting periods’, ‘next week’, etc. You now appreciate that these are designed by others merely to exercise their control over you. They group your days into classifications designed to help them to get you to conform efficiently. Your aim also is to make it more difficult for others to take control of any of your precious days away from you.

In order to hold full control over your 33thou days you need to establish some basic principles. To begin with, you must focus firmly upon the naturally gifted cycle of ‘a day’.

You must, quite selfishly, identify your 33thou stockpile of days as being yours alone, and rigorously protect them. You must respect each and every single one of your 33thou days, as it represents one of your most precious assets. You must set clear personal goals so that you can prioritise what it is that you want to do with each of your days, so that none get wasted. You must manage and quantify the allocation of your days so that you can deliver your goals. You must work hard to ensure that others only use your 33thou days if and when it suits you.

Consider this simple illustration:

Just how much more satisfied do you feel when you know what your future looks like?
For example, when you take a precious item to the repair shop, do you prefer it when the repairer says:

Hmm. I’m not sure if we can fix that. I’ll have to check with someone and get back to you“.

Or, do you prefer it when they say:
Yes, I can see what needs to be done. I will book you in tomorrow at, say 2-30? Then we will get going to put it right. I’m sure we can do it!

The first answer is vague. It leaves you none the wiser and possibly even more stressed. You have no clear idea when, or even if you will ever find out what’s going to happen next.

But the second answer is much more reassuring. It makes you feel more in control because your problem can be identified, and because it will be dealt with on a timely basis.
It gives you a great reason to feel much more confident about what is going to happen next.

In the above simple example, you might have spotted those key words: – “Can”, “Will”, “Do”, “Great” – This, in essence, is 33thou in operation. It is a simple demonstration of how much more empowered you feel when you can predict your own future with more confidence.

Now, just think how Great it would be to feel that way throughout your life.

These words form the key building blocks of 33thou methodology. Together, they help you take control of your precious time – to fulfil your dreams and reach the destiny which you deserve.

Properly applied, and with practice, over time 33thou helps you to anticipate each day with more confidence, a clearer purpose, and greater certainty about your ability to carry out your plans for your future. It will help you to discover and take greater advantage of the interesting opportunities that are just waiting for you. It allows you to learn more from each day through everything that you experience along the way.

33thou can help you understand and appreciate more the value of each day in your life. It encourages you to look forward to celebrating each and every one of your achievements. In doing so, it offers a positive, optimistic and flexible technique which you can adopt and apply to help you to establish your goals and achieve your dreams.
And the sooner you start to practice it, the sooner you’ll master it and reap the rewards.

Starting couldn’t be easier – you just need to
work out your number of 33thou days:-

  • The first step is to know how old you are! (How easy was that?).
  • The next step is, being optimistic and positive, expect to live to reach 90 years in age. (Do not get hung up on this!)
  • Next, subtract your age in years as a number from 90.
  • Now, multiply that number by 365 – and there you have it.
So, if you are currently aged 18, your estimate is:
90-18 = 72 years. 72 years is close enough near to 27000 days.
  • Or you can click here.

Which means that you can now start to build your plans around this number.
This is your own 33thou number of days – which are yours to manage and to use to deliver your future. Getting the best out of your 33thou days is now down to you and how you apply 33thou practices. This might sound like a huge challenge but, hey, life is often complex and challenging!

33thou is geared towards helping you make your life a lot more interesting and rewarding. And the sooner you get started, the sooner you can begin to really enjoy your experience!

Whilst 33thou recognises and promotes the importance of time, is not ‘just another time management system’. 33thou emphasises the value of the limited amount of the time that you have in order to spur you into action. By keeping your 33thou days at its very core, it encourages you to get the very best out of every one of them.

It does this by raising your awareness of your available time, and then by helping you to first decide upon, and then to set about accomplishing exactly what it is that you want to do with your time.

This does not mean that you should ignore good time management practices in general. You may choose to use other specialist time management techniques to deliver some of your plans. But that choice is down to you.

  • understand precisely just how important is the number of days that you have in your life;
  • protect your 33thou days;
  • clarify and prioritise just what it is that you want to do with those days;
  • plan and understand how you will achieve this;
  • channel your energy and determination into reaching your life’s ambitions;
  • maintain your focus along the way; and most importantly
  • celebrate each and every one of all your well earned successes!

– all of which leads to you feeling Great!
